I'm still kind of learning but I bounce between folk music and wishing I could play an electric guitar and do some certified gruesome solos, but that's an ongoing project. It's really freeing breathing underwater but I haven't been able to visit anywhere tropical since I became Liminal. I just barely hit the four year mark. And uhhh a lot of the classics? Tolkien, Star Trek, anime. Not superheroes so much, though.
So you weren't kidding about being a skate punk. I like the dichotomy between sk8ter boy and art professor. It's kind of hot.
Nope, no pets. Haven't been in a position to have one, but maybe one day. Maybe I can live vicariously through you and your lizard. What kind?
Folk is great! But also you could totally make the leap. I think the rec center has some instruments you could borrow and a practice space if you ever wanted to try shreddin' without spending money. It's too bad you haven't been able to travel anywhere tropical, but I get it—it takes awhile to get used to it all, but now that you've got a handle on things, you can probably pick up where you left off. Four years isn't very long at all. Agree with on the superheroes, though: a little too corporate copaganda for me. Tolkien and Star Trek are cool, though. Haven't watched a ton of anime myself.
Not a lot of ways to make money off the former. Had to trick someone into paying me to teach college kids how to draw butts (and write rationales about said butts) instead. Hope you're not too disappointed that I'm not a real science doctor.
Bearded dragon. His name is Potato and he has approximately one brain cell. Just like his human.
